Chapter 14 Dear Mandi,

Boom! Bang! Kaboom! On a starry night the sky was filled with colourful fireworks from everywhere. It was time to put the fireworks we bought to use. I held out the sparkles as everyone came outside. My mum warned me to be careful as she lit the sparkles and I made shapes in the air. I went crazy with it and twirled and twirled it around. 3 2 1 Light off! I yelled. The fireworks blasted into the sky. It looked so beautiful. There were lots of colours combined together as it lit up the sky. There was so many loud bangs.There was an assortment of colours which made it look amazing and spectacular. Soon we had to go inside. I just wanted to sit on the deck the whole night and just watch. I couldn’t sleep with all the noises outside. So I started from the window until I finally fell asleep. Guy Fawkes Night was a blast literally.
